VERT - As in the colour green but make it French! Not relating to Vert, as in going vert(ical), but you sure can wear this for climbing hills :).

Our jerseys are a 'race cut' design. This means our size guide helps you find the best fit - in relation to our design. The fit of the jersey is designed to be skin tight.
Featuring the same material as our new Immortals jerseys, but with long sleeves.This is not a winter thermal jacket.
Cold wash only & line dry in shade.
We like our Jerseys to last and last a long time at that. We also like them to be comfortable. All of our Jerseys use breathable polyester on the front and back, meaning there is nothing stopping the heat escaping your body on those long rides. Being based in Queensland, we get intense sun all year round (I know, poor us, right?), so being Sun-Smart is important to us. All of our Jerseys have a UPF rating of 40.
Ventilation under the arms is important - so we make sure to use the best, most breathable mesh we could source. Made out of 90% polyester for durability and 10% spandex for its stretch - we designed these top quality mesh panels to be put through their paces.
We know things can get a little tight sometimes - had a couple beers in Iso? Eaten too much pudding? We got you. We know you still want to ride and don't want to replace your whole kit wardrobe. We use top quality YKK Zippers that don't pop under pressure. YKK is the biggest zip manufacturer in the world, so we know the quality is up to our high standards.
Some people like longer sleeves for the extra sun protection, some argue it's more aero and some just use them because they are a bit warmer. Whatever your reason, our long sleeve jerseys come to just above the wrist so you can wear above or below your gloves.

Size Guide
Our kits are race cut and made to feel good. The jerseys are race cut and the bibs are compression. Both are designed to be skin tight to move with your body correctly. The bibs need to be wriggled up your legs into the correct position and length you desire. Please check all 4 measurements against our unisex guide.
Our measurements cross over sizes because lycra stretches. Carefully check which sizing all or most of your measurements fall into, selecting the largest size if you fall into 2 categories.
You'll need to measure the widest point of your chest and waist.

Policy
We're here to make your life as easy as possible when selecting the kit you like. Anything purchased from us must be returned within 30 days from the date your order was fulfilled. We will provide a full refund to the original payment method and you can re-purchase the product that the correct product.Things to Consider
• We do not accept liability for any returns sent back without prior approval.
• We recommend you check all of your NeoPro items thoroughly when first received. If the item is unworn and re sellable it may be returned within 30 days for a refund in the same form as original payment.
• The item must be in its original packaging & with tags attached to the garment.
• Worn, damaged or altered apparel cannot be refunded. This includes deodorant, moisturiser, makeup, or fake tan marks.
• Apparel without a proof of purchase may not be returned and refunded.
• If the product is faulty, we’ll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy in terms of a refund, exchange, or credit.
• The buyer will need to pay return shipping costs on a return if it is a change of mind.
• Please returns items neatly, in a respectable manner.
• We do not accept returns on socks, gaiters or final sale items where this information is listed on the product page.

What are your payment options?
NeoPro Cycling uses PayPal & Shopify Payments services which means you can pay with your Mastercard, Visa or American Express Card – no PayPal account required either!
Will you be restocking once sold out?
NeoPro Cycling doesn’t always restock our designs in a full size range – there may be a chance that if it is sold out we won’t specifically order that again. Remember though, we do custom designs as well so you could always email us atneopro@neoprocycling.com for prices and options.
Is it an option to backorder any stock if it is currently unavailable?
As we cannot guarantee we will be restocking any particular items we do not take backorders either, however no order is too big or too small for us – send us an email at neopro@neoprocycling.com and we may be able to do a custom set for you with any design.
Some Items won’t me let it be added to my cart?
If the item is not available to add to your cart then it is not available for purchase and out of stock.
How do i know my order has been received?
Once you’ve completed your online order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Please check this carefully to ensure all your details are correct. If any details are incorrect please contact us immediately at neopro@neoprocycling.com.
If you don’t receive an order confirmation e-mail from us within 24 hours of placing your order check your Junk folder in case our emails are going there. We may also have the incorrect email address registered with your name. Please check your account details to ensure your e-mail address has been entered correctly.

What is your Return Policy?
If you no longer want the apparel you have ordered you can send it back to us for a refund within 30 days as long as the product is in its original packaging and has not been used. Please see our returns policy section here for more information.
