This vest features lightweight nylon windbreaker material on the front. The rear features stretchy mesh backing with 3 large pockets. A great extra layer to keep your core warm, whilst still being breathable whilst you sweat. 

 

The material is breathable and lightweight. It scrunches up easily to fit in your jersey pocket - our vest has all the qualities of the big brands, but at a smidge of the price!

Policy

We're here to make your life as easy as possible when selecting the kit you like. Anything purchased from us must be returned within 30 days from the date your order was fulfilled. We will provide a full refund to the original payment method and you can re-purchase the product that the correct product.

Things to Consider

    • We do not accept liability for any returns sent back without prior approval.

    • We recommend you check all of your NeoPro items thoroughly when first received. If the item is unworn and re sellable it may be returned within 30 days for a refund in the same form as original payment.

    • The item must be in its original packaging & with tags attached to the garment.

    • Worn, damaged or altered apparel cannot be refunded. This includes deodorant, moisturiser, makeup, or fake tan marks.

    • Apparel without a proof of purchase may not be returned and refunded.

    • If the product is faulty, we’ll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy in terms of a refund, exchange, or credit.

    • The buyer will need to pay return shipping costs on a return if it is a change of mind.

    • Please returns items neatly, in a respectable manner.

    • We do not accept returns on socks, gaiters or final sale items where this information is listed on the product page.

To ensure you get the best out of your new NeoPro Kit, please follow these care instructions
- Cold wash under 30 degrees only
- Delicate wash cycle only
- Line dry in shade only
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not soak
- Do not use softener 
- Do not wash with gloves/velcro
Hot tip: Saddle bags and rear light mounts can cause unnecessary wear, rub, pulling and tears - check the location of your saddle bags and rear light mounts compared to your legs when you ride.
 
Our Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects that affect the structural integrity of the garment.

Our Warranty Does Not Cover
- Wear and tear or loose threads.
- Custom designs.
- Damages from crashing, or wear and tear such as abrasions, wear marks, scratches or fading, improper storage or washing or contact with sunscreen.

We operate under highly regarded QA processes, however, manufacturing defects can still happen. Please let us know if you think your garment has an issue.

What are your payment options?

NeoPro Cycling uses PayPal & Shopify Payments services which means you can pay with your Mastercard, Visa or American Express Card – no PayPal account required either!

Will you be restocking once sold out?

NeoPro Cycling doesn’t always restock our designs in a full size range – there may be a chance that if it is sold out we won’t specifically order that again. Remember though, we do custom designs as well so you could always email us atneopro@neoprocycling.com for prices and options.

Is it an option to backorder any stock if it is currently unavailable?

As we cannot guarantee we will be restocking any particular items we do not take backorders either, however no order is too big or too small for us – send us an email at neopro@neoprocycling.com and we may be able to do a custom set for you with any design.

Some Items won’t me let it be added to my cart?

If the item is not available to add to your cart then it is not available for purchase and out of stock.

How do i know my order has been received?

Once you’ve completed your online order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Please check this carefully to ensure all your details are correct. If any details are incorrect please contact us immediately at neopro@neoprocycling.com.

If you don’t receive an order confirmation e-mail from us within 24 hours of placing your order check your Junk folder in case our emails are going there. We may also have the incorrect email address registered with your name. Please check your account details to ensure your e-mail address has been entered correctly.

If you still cannot see why you haven’t received one please e-mail neopro@neoprocycling.com and we’ll look into it for you.

What is your Return Policy?

If you no longer want the apparel you have ordered you can send it back to us for a refund within 30 days as long as the product is in its original packaging and has not been used. Please see our returns policy section here for more information.
