NeoPro allows free returns or exchanges for change of mind, faulty items, incorrect purchase of size and a CrashBack Guarantee.

Anything purchased online must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase if you wish to exchange or receive a refund on the apparel. If you choose to receive a refund this will be done in the same form as your original payment.

  • We recommend you check all of your NeoPro items thoroughly when first received
  • If the item is unworn and re sellable it may be returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund in the same form as original payment. The buyer must show proof of purchase when requesting a refund and have original tags attached.
  • Worn, damaged or altered apparel cannot be exchanged or refunded unless you have crashed in it and would like to use the CrashBack Guarantee
  • Apparel without a proof of purchase may not be exchanged or returned and refunded.
  • If the product is faulty, we’ll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy in terms of a refund, exchange or credit.
  • The buyer will need to pay return shipping costs on a return if it is a change of mind or exchange. NeoPro will cover the cost of sending replacement items to the original purchaser. We cannot refund courier or postage costs unless the item is faulty.

CRASHBACK GUARANTEE

  • Crashes are an unfortunate part of cycling. If you crash while wearing NeoPro and the kit gets damaged and is unusable you can get a new kit at 50% off the RRP at the time of the crash! We want you to keep riding NeoPro Cyclewear and to back out there riding again as soon as possible. Send us an email at info@neoprocycling.com with your order number and some photos of the damaged kit and we will get back to you with your options.

 

HOW TO RETURN, EXCHANGE OR ACTIVATE THE CRASHBACK GUARANTEE FOR YOUR ORDER

  1. Before returning any item(s) please email us at info@neoprocycling.com and explain why you are returning it and what you would like the outcome to be.
  2. NeoPro will then get back to you and provide you with an address to send the apparel to in Brisbane, Australia.
  3. Please send the items you wish to return within 7 days of receiving an email from us, or up to 30 days from the date you purchased the apparel.
  4. Send the apparel in its arriving condition along with the original packing and tags
  5. Once we receive the apparel we will then proceed with what was originally agreed.
